Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a capable leader to head Trade Marketing and Promotion Analysis across Indonesia. You will guide a team, design promotional programs for distributors, sales teams, and retailers, and monitor effectiveness using Sell-In and Sell-Out data.

Responsibilities include pricing strategy development, budget management for Sales & Marketing, and overseeing monthly reward processes. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial, Sales Planning, or Pricing.
• Proven experience at Manager level, with strong team management experience.
• Strong experience in Trade Promotion, Pricing Strategy, Sales Analysis, Forecasting, and S&OP.
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) and/or Project Management is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team in executing Trade Marketing and Promotion Analysis activities to achieve company targets.
• Design and implement trade promotion programs for distributors, sales teams, and retail outlets across Indonesia.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotion programs based on Sell-In and Sell-Out sales data.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor benchmarks, and internal cost considerations.
• Manage the allocation and utilization of the national Sales & Marketing budget.
• Oversee the monthly reward claim process for trade promotion programs.
• Analyze the effectiveness of promotional programs and develop improvement strategies based on evaluation results.
• Conduct product pricing analysis by benchmarking competitor prices and assessing market conditions.
• Lead product pricing and trade marketing promotion strategies based on sales data analysis and market conditions.
• Initiate and lead Business Review activities to evaluate distributor performance.
