Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or field marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer purchasing behavior.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience working with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies and promotional programs to support brand objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand retailer needs and execute tailored trade marketing plans.
• Manage the design, production, and distribution of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.
• Plan and execute in-store activations, sampling programs, and promotional events.
• Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual merchandising standards are maintained across all retail channels.
