Responsibilities

• Monitor and record stock positions (TBS, kernel, CPO) from MCC reports.
• Track market prices to determine selling price via tenders.
• Prepare sales contracts and DOs after negotiations; coordinate delivery with transport services.
• Provide information to producers and coordinate DOs for delivery to buyers.
• Verify invoices and DOs for completeness and accuracy.
• Recap sales against tank/shipping reports and production budget monthly.
• Compare external and internal TBS prices to set selling prices.
• Cross-check sales invoices with factory expenditures for accounting follow-up.
• Prepare commission purchase recaps and seek superior approval.
• Prepare management service recaps using accounting and MIS data for approval.
