Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking a PMO and process control professional to support the commercial trading team in Jakarta. You will oversee system and procedure changes, advise process owners, and help implement new systems.

You will ensure accurate transaction recording, perform daily and monthly MTM P&L reporting, and liaise with Trade Control Singapore on consolidation impacts while delivering monthly presentations to the Trading Steering Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in System & Procedure/Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• PMO specialization in System & Procedure or Financial areas.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly
• Perform daily and monthly mark-to-market profit and loss reporting
• Liaise with the Trade Control Singapore on local business changes impacting the consolidation process
• Prepare and deliver presentations to the Trading Steering Committee on a monthly basis

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in System & Procedure/Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Preferably experienced as a PMO specializing in System & Procedure, Financial - General/Cost Accounting, or equivalent
• Working experience minimal 5 years in the related field is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
