Job summary

CATL in Indonesia is seeking a senior warehouse engineer to optimize storage and material flow in our Karawang facility. You will lead layout design, automation initiatives, and equipment selection to improve throughput and reduce costs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehouse engineering or logistics, strong knowledge of WMS and SAP, and a proven track record in budgeting and process improvements. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in warehouse engineering/operations, material handling, or supply chain logistics with proven process optimization.
• Advanced understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and inventory control.
• Expertise in warehouse layout optimization, material flow design, automation systems, and material handling equipment selection.
• Strong capability in cost control and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong financial acumen, leadership, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin will be a plus.
