Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to execute warehousing and transportation operations, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate inventory, and optimized logistics cost. The role collaborates with Warehouse Operations, Transport Vendors, Customer Service, and Finance to support service levels and drive continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Relevant experience in SCM, ERP (SAP), and WMS/TMS systems is required along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, IE, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics: warehousing and transportation.
Strong analytical skills to interpret cost data.
Proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP.
Familiar with WMS and TMS systems.
Experience with 3PL providers and transportation vendors.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehousing and transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
Monitor SLA and KPIs; drive cost efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate warehouse teams and vendors to meet service levels and avoid disruptions.
Provide data-driven insights through regular reports and dashboards.
Lead processes for 3PL/vendor management and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
