PetroSea is seeking a senior maintenance leader to ensure reliable, cost-effective management of equipment for site operations. The role focuses on reducing waste, mitigating risks, and improving maintenance practices across people, processes and technology.
Responsibilities include directing asset readiness, minimizing costs, improving manpower utilization, and monitoring performance against targets. SHE programs and ISO aligned practices are integral to the role and site safety culture.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and cost-effective management of equipment to support site operational excellence and the achievement of project targets or goals. This includes the identification and mitigation of risks, the reduction of waste, and the improvement of maintenance practice in terms of people, processes, and technology to enhance operational performance and SHE at site level.

Plan, organize and direct the asset and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective readiness of assets. Readiness of assets has been proven most effective.
Initiative plans and processes which minimize maintenance costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital to ensure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standard that will exceed customer's expectation. Maintenance costs have significantly been minimized and exceeded customer's expectations.
Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes in order to ensure schedule stability that allows for maximum returns on efficiency. Manpower utilization has successfully been improved.
Set and monitor the performance of the plant against standards and targets: MTTBS, MTTFSAPM, MTTR, Availability, PCV and Labor Efficiency Ratio. The performance of the plan has been set and monitored in accordance with standards and targets.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
