Job summary

META INERTIA INDONESIA is seeking a TikTok Affiliate Specialist to grow and manage our affiliate creator ecosystem, covering creator acquisition, activation, and GMV growth.

You will identify and onboard TikTok creators, manage a portfolio, coordinate campaigns, and monitor GMV, activation, and conversion to optimize performance.

The role requires 1 year of experience in Affiliate/Influencer Marketing, strong communication, data skills, English proficiency, and comfort with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Affiliate Marketing or related fields.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok creators and campaigns.
• Understanding of TikTok Affiliate Center and performance data.
• Ability to analyze GMV, creator performance, and campaigns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in English; comfortable with AI tools for research, analysis, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified TikTok creators.
• Manage a portfolio of active creators.
• Coordinate product seeding, creator campaigns, briefs, and promotions.
• Monitor GMV, content output, activation, and conversion.
• Develop plans with top-performing creators to grow their contribution.
• Analyze performance using TikTok Affiliate Center and other data sources.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations to improve affiliate GMV.
• Collaborate with Branding, Advertising, Live, and Project teams to grow affiliate.
