Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in performance marketing or ads management.
- Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager and digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
- Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement to live streaming sessions.
- Set up and optimize TikTok Live Ads campaigns to support live room traffic and sales performance.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively based on campaign objectives and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics, including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, GMV, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, targeting, and advertising strategies to improve results.
- Monitor approximately 10-20 advertising accounts daily using AI-powered tools.
- Identify campaign performance issues and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
- Prepare daily performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Coordinate with the Operations (OP) team to align advertising activities with live streaming schedules and promotional targets.
