Job summary

Natural Farm, Indonesia's leading retailer of health and lifestyle products, seeks a TikTok Host Live to engage audiences and drive sales. You will manage live sessions, plan promotions, and train new hosts while collaborating with E-commerce, Marketing, Content, and Affiliate teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, monitoring performance, ensuring guideline compliance, and optimizing strategies to grow engagement and conversions across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a TikTok Host Live or Host Live Coordinator.
• Understanding of OBS software is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to ideate and execute innovative livestreaming strategies.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer operation skills and knowledge of livestreaming analytics.
• Initiative, responsibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TikTok Live sessions aligned with content calendar and marketing goals.
• Plan, promote, and execute Live events to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Develop plans to hit TikTok Live sales targets and improve traffic and conversion.
• Collaborate with Host Live team to optimize selling techniques and performance.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance and identify gaps and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with TikTok community guidelines during live streams.
• Train new Host Live members on product knowledge and livestream practices.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy and growth.
• Coordinate with E-commerce, Marketing, Content, and Affiliate teams to boost traffic.
