Job summary

JOY GROUP 橘宜集团 is seeking a Content Planner to develop and execute conversion-driven TikTok content strategies that boost consumer engagement and GMV. You will translate product USPs and campaigns into engaging content plans aligned with trends and platform dynamics.

Collaborating with Content Creators, KOLs, Livestream, Commercial and Product teams, you will analyze performance data and adjust content direction to maximize impact across the consumer journey in Indonesia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content planning, TikTok content, or social media strategy.
• Strong understanding of social commerce and conversion.
• Ability to connect content performance to business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop TikTok content plans and strategies with a focus on conversion and GMV.
• Understand TikTok trends, algorithms, audience behavior, formats, and performance drivers.
• Translate product USPs and campaigns into compelling content ideas.
• Plan content across the full consumer journey from awareness to conversion.
• Analyze content performance and use data to refine direction, formats, hooks, and topics.
• Collaborate with Content Creators, KOLs, Livestream, Commercial, and Product teams to ensure alignment.
