Job summary

PT META INERTIA INDONESIA is seeking a data-driven Affiliate Growth Leader to shape and execute our affiliate strategy in Indonesia. You will set GMV targets, manage creator partnerships, and optimize investments for highest ROI.

You will lead a cross-functional team to scale TikTok affiliate content, monitor performance, and collaborate with Branding, Live, and Project teams to accelerate business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or TikTok E-commerce.
• Experience managing affiliate teams and creator partnerships.
• Experience managing marketing budgets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall affiliate growth strategy based on business objectives.
• Define monthly GMV targets, creator plans, and investment priorities.
• Oversee Affiliate Hunters and Affiliate Farmers to expand the creator ecosystem.
• Monitor creator performance and optimize portfolio quality.
• Manage the overall affiliate budget including samples, creator collaboration fees, incentives, campaigns, and advertising.
• Allocate resources to maximize GMV growth and investment efficiency.
• Work with advertising to scale high-performing affiliate content.
• Analyze GMV, ROI, creator performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Branding, Live, and Project teams to maximize content utilization.
