Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Textile Engineering, fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of the yarn spinning industry (Ring Frame, Open End, MVS).
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Computer literacy with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to be stationed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.

Responsibilities

• Develop the ability to meet production targets for all sections (Ring Frame, Open End, & MVS).
• Inform and report any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area.
• Adhere to the SOPs of the respective sections.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports on Yarn Quality and Productivity using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word).
• Receive instructions and information from the outgoing shift at the start of the shift and communicate them to the incoming shift at the end of the shift.
• Ensure compliance with all company rules to maintain discipline in the workplace.
• Highlight any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area.
