Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage strategic programs to ensure reliable operational quality.
Identify and close process and competency gaps to meet quality standards.
Transform QC/QA into a high-performing team and challenge the status quo.
Review Quality Management System and propose improvements.
Prioritize and oversee projects to meet deadlines and targets.
Ensure delivered products meet customer needs by monitoring production and machine performance against the quality plan.
Collaborate with all units to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission and vision.
