Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Test Pack Coordinator to oversee piping test circuits for onshore/offshore projects. You will coordinate interfaces across construction, engineering and quality teams to ensure safe, compliant and timely completion of test packs.

The ideal candidate has a Master's or Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 10 years in oil & gas, with strong English language skills and experience in test pack execution and piping systems. The role offers a 12-month contract and health insurance.

Job Description:

Mission

• Coordinate the achievement of the plant piping test circuits completion, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, as defined in the project plans and schedules. Coordinate the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments. Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures and verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame

Tasks

• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
• Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
• Prepare test packs execution schedule in accordance with construction and commissioning requirements
• Set up the proper tools to control the test packs flow and achieve the progressive completion of piping system. Interface with the construction team (mechanical, welding, instrumentation) and with the engineering and quality site team
• Steer daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal site organization, in order to optimize the schedule of activities
• Provide reports on progress of work and statistical data
• Coordinate the walkthroughs in order to finalize test packs and reinstatements, producing quality certificates
• Manage the test packs flow with the Client
• Manage the punch list close-out with internal organization and Client

What are we looking for

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in: Engineering

Experience: 10 years of experience as a Test Pack Coordinator within the oil & gas industry

Languages: English Language skills required (and any other specified by Project)

Technical Skills: Testing, test pack execution, piping systems

IT Skills: NA
