Job summary

QualityKiosk is seeking an experienced QA Lead for mobile banking database testing and end-to-end validation. The role involves managing a 20+ person team across locations, coordinating SIT/UAT cycles, and ensuring release readiness.

The ideal candidate will excel in test planning, strategy, estimation, and stakeholder management within the financial services domain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile banking testing across SIT, UAT and E2E cycles.
• Strong database testing background and defect lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SIT, UAT execution and reporting.
• Oversee test case design, execution, and traceability.
• Conduct defect triage, RCA discussions and sign-off.
• Coordinate with Business, Product Owners, Development, and UAT teams to ensure release readiness.

Candidate must have Mobile Banking testing experience. Handle team size of 20 + across various location. Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing. Resource should have experience in Database testing should Expertise in defect lifecycle management. Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Xray. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong mobile Banking and Financial Services domain experience. Prepare test plans, strategy documents, and estimations. Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage end-to-end SIT, UAT execution and reporting. Oversee test case design and execution activities. Lead defect triage meetings and RCA discussions. Track testing progress, quality metrics, and project risks. Coordinate with Business, Product Owners, Development, and UAT teams. Ensure release readiness and quality sign-off. Support governance meetings and status reporting.
