Job summary

Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager for Strategy and Planning (GrabBike) based onsite in Jakarta, with travel to cities across Indonesia. You will translate business priorities into territory plans, diagnose performance gaps, identify growth opportunities, and equip city teams with actionable recommendations.

The role requires 3+ years in strategy or analytics within tech or consulting, and a Bachelor's degree. Expect close collaboration with city operations, marketing and demand teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to transform data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, supply, and market data to explain city performance and suggest growth actions.
• Monitor metrics and elevate risks with recommended mitigations to leadership.
• Build reports, data pipelines, and dashboards for city and territory teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with clear owners, timelines and targets.
• Prepare performance reports for monthly territory reviews and forums.
• Conduct market visits and feed insights back into territory plans.
