GrabBike in Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Manager in Strategy and Planning to translate business priorities into territory plans across multiple cities, diagnose performance gaps, and identify growth opportunities.

Reporting to the Strategy and Planning Manager, you will build reports, dashboards (Power BI and in-house tools), monitor territory metrics, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with city operations, marketing, and demand teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, analytics, consulting or tech with planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, math or related field.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; Python and data viz are a plus.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong prioritization and independently drive initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Analyze demand, supply, operations, and competition to explain city-level performance and suggest actions.
• Monitor territory metrics, investigate anomalies and raise risks with solutions.
• Build reports, data pipelines, and dashboards (Power BI and in-house tools) for city teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between city ops, marketing, marketplace, and demand teams.
• Prepare performance reports for monthly territory reviews and leadership forums.
• Conduct market visits and feed findings into territory plans.
