Job summary

British American Tobacco Indonesia is seeking a Territory Representative in Cirebon to manage stock at depots and coordinate distributor operations. You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, and ensure program execution across Wholesale, KA, and HoReCa channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and skills in leadership, negotiation, and communication. Based in Cirebon, you will cover Indramayu and Majalengka with a focus on market development and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with problem identification and solving, leadership, negotiation, sales & distribution, and communication skills.
• Understanding of new category markets (Vapour, THP, etc.).
• Preferably staff (non-management) specializing in Marketing/Sales or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate stock management at depots/distributors through regular audits.
• Coordinate governance of distributor operations, ensuring policy compliance and key metrics.
• Support distributor processes including PO validation, promo cost control, and field force supervision.
• Drive business development in distributor areas to boost sales and productivity.
• Achieve 100% of volume and SKU targets in line with monthly territory plans.
• Conduct market visits to communicate programs and monitor product availability.
• Engage with retail outlets to activate programs and capture customer data.
• Support activation of retail programs and encourage product trials.
