GarudaFood is hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth for Garudafood products across Banjarbaru and surrounding areas, building sustainable relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and various outlets. Requirements include a minimum diploma/degree in marketing, business, or related field, at least 2 years FMCG sales experience, a strong local network, and proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as relevant sales applications.

A valid SIM A/C and own vehicle are required.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.
• Established network and market knowledge of Banjarbaru and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sales applications.
• Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for Garudafood products in the Banjarbaru area.
• Establish and maintain relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and modern/traditional outlets.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to ensure achievement of distribution and sales targets.
• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to support marketing strategies.
• Report sales activities, market developments, and operational issues to management regularly.
• Implement promotional, display, and sampling programs according to company directives.
