Job summary

PT AKR Corporindo, Tbk is seeking a Head of Security to oversee all security operations across warehouses, tank terminals, and transport sites. The role centers on safeguarding personnel, assets, and ensuring fraud prevention in accordance with Security SOP.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in security, preferably as Chief/Head of Security, and may be retired from TNI AL/Polri with a mid-rank. Strong local government and law enforcement networks are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in related function.
• Minimum 3 years experience in security function (Preferably as Chief/Head of Security).
• Preferably retired from TNI AL / Polri with a minimum rank of Perwira Menengah.
• Have a coordination network with local government, police, military, or port officer.
• Able to use Computer Application & email.
• Basic safety knowledge.

• Responsible for all security, safe working environment and fraud prevention in warehouse, tank terminal, land transportation site and sea transportation site and ship.
• Lead and resolve security issues (including potential fraud investigation) and escalated unresolved issues based on Security SOP.
• Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment.
• Ensuring the development and maintenance security equipment.
• Ensuring that security equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, maintained, if any.
• Improve self-competencies through relevant and effective training and development program.
