Job summary

Blubridge Center in Surabaya is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to help children, including those with special needs, through structured 1-on-1 therapy sessions. You will deliver 30-35 hours weekly and collect accurate client data to track progress.

You will collaborate with supervisors and families, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a growing service as Blubridge expands across Indonesia—joining a vibrant, supportive team committed to empowering children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Preferably, 6 months of experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
