Job summary

Blubridge Center in Surabaya is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to support children with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on delivering personalized therapy in a nurturing environment and will be part of a pioneering child development initiative in Indonesia.

You will conduct 30-35 hours of 1-on-1 sessions weekly, collect and organize client data, and collaborate with supervisors and parents to discuss progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Preferably 6 months of experience with children, especially those with special needs.
• Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to helping children and families.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and organize client data and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and parents to discuss client progress.
