Job summary

ASRI is seeking a Facility Attendant to support our property operations in Jakarta. The role covers gym and recreational facilities, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or related facilities roles, strong English communication, and a presentation-ready appearance. Placement at District 8 (SCBD) is required, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

• 1–2 years of experience as a facility/gym attendant or similar in property, real estate, apartments, or hospitality.

Job description

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Facility Attendant, Gym Attendant, or similar role in Property, Real Estate, Apartments, or Hospitality.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, complaint handling, and relationship management.
• Familiarity with apartment recreational facilities, building services, and operational standards.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Presentable, friendly, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
• Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).
