Job summary

Akulaku Indonesia is seeking a capable leader to drive the outbound telesales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and continuous process improvement. You will design the operating framework, coach the team, and leverage CRM and analytics to boost performance.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, 2–4 years in relevant fields, and at least 1 year of team leadership. English as working language and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher; Finance/Marketing/Business Admin preferred.
• 2–4 years in consumer finance, telesales, micro-lending, or BPKB-related roles.
• At least 1 year of team-lead experience; BPKB/car-loan TL background preferred.
• English as working language: able to join meetings, write reports, and present in English.
• Native or near-native Bahasa Indonesia; able to effectively manage local team.
• Data-driven; able to read funnel/dashboard data and quickly identify weak stages.
• Former frontline telesales agent is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outbound telesales team and be accountable for sales results.
• Break sales targets down for the team, track progress and review team productivity on a regular basis. KPIs include connect rate, conversion rate and related metrics.
• Build and continuously improve the telesales operating framework, including performance scheme, telemarketing strategies, call scripts, training programs, QA criteria, and day-to-day management rules.
• Partner with telemarketing team leaders to implement and refine these standards.
• Use CRM, telemarketing system and data analytics tools to identify opportunities and bottlenecks in the whole telemarketing process to boost team performance.
• Plan headcount, recruit, and develop the team for stable, sustained performance.
