BukuWarung is staffing a Telesales BukuSimpan role in Jakarta to proactively engage merchants, explain the BukuSimpan product, and drive activation and usage within the BukuWarung ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in telesales or financial product sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. You will work to achieve activation targets while adhering to compliance and data privacy standards.
Proactively contact existing and eligible merchants to introduce BukuSimpan as a new financial service available in the BukuWarung ecosystem.
Educate merchants about how BukuSimpan works, including account activation, fund storage, transaction usage, and key benefits for daily business operations.
Explain product value in simple language, especially to merchants who are new to digital financial services.
Identify merchant needs, business habits, and pain points, then position BukuSimpan as a relevant solution for managing business funds safely and practically.
Handle merchant questions, concerns, and objections clearly and professionally without hard selling.
Guide merchants through the activation and onboarding process, including account registration, document submission, and verification steps.
Follow up regularly with merchants to ensure activation is completed and product is actively used.
Maintain accurate records of leads, call results, merchant funnel status, and activation progress in internal systems.
Coordinate closely with internal operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
Achieve individual and team targets for activation, conversion, and usage.
Ensure all communication follows approved scripts, compliance standards, data privacy rules, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications - Telesales BukuSimpan
Minimum high school diploma; diploma or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, merchant acquisition, or financial product sales is preferred (min 2 years)
Strong communication skills with a clear, friendly, and confident speaking style.
Able to explain new financial products in a simple and easy-to-understand way for merchants from various backgrounds.
Good listening skills to understand merchant concerns and respond effectively.
Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
Basic understanding of digital banking, payments, QRIS, fintech, or merchant financial behavior is an advantage.
Familiar with CRM tools, lead management systems, or call tracking tools is a plus.
Able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
Honest, disciplined, polite, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
