Job summary

BukuWarung is staffing a Telesales BukuSimpan role in Jakarta to proactively engage merchants, explain the BukuSimpan product, and drive activation and usage within the BukuWarung ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in telesales or financial product sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. You will work to achieve activation targets while adhering to compliance and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in telesales, telemarketing, or merchant acquisition, or financial product sales.
• Ability to explain new financial products simply to merchants of varied backgrounds.
• Strong listening skills and a compliant, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and eligible merchants to introduce BukuSimpan as a new financial service.
• Educate merchants on BukuSimpan operations, activation, funding, and benefits for daily business.
• Guide activation and onboarding with document submission and verification steps.
• Follow up to ensure activation and active product usage.
• Maintain records of leads, funnel status, and activation progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Meet individual and team targets for activation, conversion, and usage.
• Ensure communications follow scripts, privacy rules, and regulations.
