PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech) is seeking a Telemarketing Team Leader to guide the telemarketing group, drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and ensure excellent customer service. You will coach, monitor performance, and align campaigns with Sales and Marketing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in telemarketing with at least 1 year in a leadership role, proven sales results, strong communication, and fintech or financial services exposure. Fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in telemarketing or telesales.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
