Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech) is seeking an experienced Manager of Operations to lead our P2P lending platform with a strong telemarketing focus in Tangerang.

You will monitor targets, productivity, SLA and KPIs for the Operations team (CS, Tele, QC, and Collection), while driving SOP improvements and scalability.

Role requires coordinating with Credit, Collection, Risk, Compliance and Customer Service, and ensuring compliance with OJK P2P lending regulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, preferably in Fintech, P2P Lending, or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in Telemarketing, Collection, Customer Service, or Credit operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior/leadership operations role.
• Strong understanding of OJK P2P Lending regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor targets, productivity, SLA, and operational KPIs for Ops teams.
• Improve SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Credit, Collection, Risk, Compliance and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure operations comply with OJK P2P Lending regulations.
• Drive process improvement and operational scalability.
