Job summary

BantuFazz Indonesia is seeking a Product Manager to drive development and continuous improvement of our P2P lending platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and regulatory requirements.

You will define product vision, roadmaps, and translate regulatory requirements into product specs, working with Engineering, Risk, Operations, and Collection teams to deliver high-quality features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, economics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in product management, product ownership or business analysis, fintech preferred.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, PRDs, and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL or BI tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of lending, P2P lending, and OJK regulations is a must.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
• Translate business, user, and OJK regulatory requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Operations, and Collection teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Analyze product metrics, funnel performance, and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate UAT, release planning, and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Ensure product features comply with internal policies, ISO 27001 information security standards, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare product documentation, progress reports, and presentations for management review.
