BantuFazz Indonesia is seeking a Product Manager to drive development and continuous improvement of our P2P lending platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and regulatory requirements.

You will define product vision, roadmaps, and translate regulatory requirements into product specs, working with Engineering, Risk, Operations, and Collection teams to deliver high-quality features.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, economics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in product management, product ownership or business analysis, fintech preferred.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, PRDs, and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL or BI tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of lending, P2P lending, and OJK regulations is a must.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement

About you

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL or BI/analytics tools is an advantage

Knowledge of lending, P2P lending, and OJK regulations is a must

Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandarin skill is a plus
