PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara is seeking an Education Counselor (Telemarketing Sales) to guide students toward meaningful study plans and help them achieve their educational goals. You will also work to ensure classes run smoothly and contribute to revenue targets.

The role requires telemarketing experience, strong communication in a multicultural environment, and the willingness to work in shifts while maintaining high standards of documentation and administrative tasks.

Formación

• Telemarketing experience (1–2 years) or fresh graduates welcome.

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Education Counselor (Telemarketing Sales). In general, you need to assist students in their growth and development by constructing a meaningful educational plan which fits their objectives to study. Requirements and specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Preferred working experience as a Telemarketer for at least 1-2 years (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Good administrative skills and ability to create good requirement documentation.
• Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
• Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia's education.
• Willingness to work in shifts and work in target.
