Job summary

PT Datacomm Diangraha is seeking a proactive Telemarketing Specialist to generate qualified leads and manage inbound inquiries across omnichannel platforms. You will articulate Datacomm's value, build strong customer relationships, and log qualified leads into the CRM system.

Qualifications include a Bachelor degree and 2 years in telemarketing, with IT/Cloud/Cybersecurity knowledge preferred. Fluency in Indonesian and good English are desired, and you should be target-driven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree is required
• Minimum 2 years of telemarketing experience
• Knowledge of IT, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security preferred
• High self-confidence in approaching potential customers
• Strong storytelling communication, verbal and written
• Proficient Indonesian (EYD) with good English preferred
• Able to use CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with target-oriented work models

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads via outbound and omnichannel calls
• Handle inbound inquiries via omnichannel channels, email, and phone
• Explain Datacomm products and services to potential customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Log qualified leads into the dashboard/CRM system
• Coordinate with Sales to distribute qualified leads
• Conduct mini surveys and RSVP management as required by Marketing

• Providing knowledge and explaining the value of Datacomm products and services to potential customers.
• Building good relationships with customers.
• Recording qualified leads into the dashboard or CRM system.
• Coordinating with the Sales team to distribute qualified leads.
• Conducting mini surveys and RSVP management according to the needs of the Marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in telemarketing.
