Qualifications

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to convey information persuasively over the phone.
• Candidates should have basic computer and CRM proficiency, with the ability to document calls, update records, and follow structured workflows.
• Candidates should demonstrate goal orientation, resilience in handling rejection, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in business or related fields is an advantage.
