Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia seeks an accomplished Group Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy, governance, and digital transformation for a major Indonesian energy group. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, establish enterprise IT standards, and ensure robust cybersecurity across all entities.

You will oversee Oracle ERP transformation, optimize processes in finance, procurement, supply chain, and logistics, and build a scalable digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA or technology-related) is advantageous.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership, including enterprise technology accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute group-wide technology strategy aligned to business objectives and growth.
• Act as principal technology advisor on investment, risk and transformation decisions.
• Set multi-year roadmaps balancing near-term integration with long-term scalability.
• Establish IT governance, policies, standards and operating model for the group.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, risk management, compliance and audit readiness across entities.
• Lead ERP optimisation, standardisation across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, logistics and commercial.
• Embed agile delivery and product-oriented ways of working within engineering.
• Own technology budgets, workforce planning and vendor management.
• Partner with senior leaders across operations, finance, and retail to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
