Job summary

OCBC Indonesia is seeking an IT Governance Specialist to ensure IT practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

You will develop and communicate IT policies, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate audits. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align IT activities with risk management and governance maturity goals and prepare reports for management.

Play a key role in ensuring that the organization’s IT practices align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks.

How You Succeed

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating IT policies and procedures, monitoring regulatory changes, supporting internal and external audits, and preparing IT governance reports for management and regulators.

What You Do

• Create and maintain IT policies and procedures in accordance with IT governance frameworks and industry standards
• Monitor and analyze changes in regulations from regulatory bodies such as OJK, Bank Indonesia, and other relevant institutions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and teams to prepare and submit required documentation for regulatory compliance. Facilitate the alignment of IT activities with regulatory expectations.
• Serve as the primary contact and coordinator for IT audits, both internal and external. This includes providing audit documentation, clarifying audit inquiries, and following up on audit findings and recommendations.
• Draft comprehensive IT governance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities, including updates on compliance status, governance maturity, and risk management initiatives.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks and IT policies
• Have knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk assessment in IT
• Have Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor IT performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams
• Proficiency in IT management best practices and IT security measures
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
