Job summary

Save the Children in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Technology & Digital Manager to lead the organization’s technology strategy and digital transformation efforts. You will partner with SMT to design roadmaps, govern enterprise systems, and drive data governance, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives to improve program impact for children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in technology, digital transformation, enterprise systems, or information management.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation, business process improvement, or technology-enabled organizational change.
• Experience managing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, collaboration platforms, and business applications.
• Strong understanding of technology governance, cybersecurity, risk management, data governance, and digital best practice.
• Experience managing technology vendors, budgets, and projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of technology strategy and roadmaps.
• Strengthen governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for IT ops and data management.
• Oversee optimization and adoption of ERP, CRM, HRIS and analytics platforms.
• Advise on data governance, AI, and digital capabilities to enable decision-making.
• Manage technology budgets, vendors, and performance to align with priorities.
• Provide technology leadership during emergency responses and business continuity.
