Job summary

MicroSave Consulting seeks a Manager – Technology Policy and Innovation in Jakarta to lead and support the CRT in designing, developing, and implementing Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) solutions globally. You’ll work at the boundary of technology policy, digital transformation, and innovation, engaging with government agencies, donors, and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in technology/engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

Lead or support major technical assignments focusing on digital solutions and DPI components.
Manage client interactions and project execution with high-quality outputs.
Lead requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, and technical recommendations.
Prepare and deliver presentations and technical reports to government and donor stakeholders.
Oversee architecture discussions, prototype development, and vendor coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners across project phases.
Conduct research and produce technical notes and analytical reports.
Represent MSC/CRT in client meetings, workshops, and conferences.
