Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Jakarta seeks a TDA Consultant to guide clients through digital transformation, leveraging data, technology and digital platforms to drive growth and competitive advantage. You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and develop AI, cloud, analytics, and digital marketing solutions.

Travel within SEA may be required. Strong strategy and digital background essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in strategy and digital fields with product management, digital marketing & analytics, or software product delivery.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and value creation.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, data scientists.
• Strong quantitative acumen and business judgment.
• Excellent communication; able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within SEA region.
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leading companies to shift mindsets, shape agendas, and create value through digital transformation programs.
• Focus on key digital subject matter within our consulting business.
• Dig deep to uncover insights and reimagine business models to help clients compete digitally.
• Develop close relationships with senior clients and BCG leadership.
• Play a central role in work that impacts companies, industries, society.
• As a Consultant, advise on Digital Transformation & Strategy, Emerging Technology (Cloud, Blockchain/Crypto/DeFi, Metaverse/Web3), Customer Centricity, Digital Marketing & Personalization, Big Data & Analytics, and New Ways of Working.
• Redesign Technology Function and Technology Build to improve flexibility and Business-IT alignment.

Skills

5+ years experience in strategy and in

Stakeholder management

Cross-disciplinary leadership

Excellent communication skills

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering

MBA or Master’s/PhD welcome

Education
