Alcon MX is seeking a Calibration Technician to perform routine internal calibration of measurement and test equipment in our manufacturing facility. You will inspect and verify instruments, record results, and support equipment qualification and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in English and a Diploma in Engineering Physics, Physics, or Instrumentation are preferred. The role involves safe handling and transport of calibration equipment between lab and warehouse, with SAP PRs
Responsible for executing internal calibration activities in accordance with approved schedules, procedures, and quality requirements. Ensures compliance with Alcon Quality Systems, HSE, DI, GDP, SOPs, and 5S. Supports calibration documentation, equipment tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assists in the safe handling and transportation of vendor calibration equipment between the laboratory and warehouse.

The Technician III, Instrumentation & Calibration Technical Support (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible to perform routine internal calibration activities for Measurement & Test Equipment (MTE) in the manufacturing facility. You will be expected to apply technical skills and problem‑solving abilities while adhering to procedures.
