Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Technical Trainer Staff to assist the Technical Trainer Supervisor in preparing and conducting training programs and their administration.

You will support readiness of training materials, documentation, and product technical knowledge while coordinating with the Training Center team and service network. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in training or administration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, discipline and professional attitude are required.
• Teamwork and willingness to learn are essential.
• Detail-oriented and well organized in administration.
• Basic technical knowledge of Yanmar products is preferred.
• Understand safety working environment.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize training curriculum materials and aids as directed.
• Arrange training annual plans, schedules, venues and logistics.
• Support safety training for dealers and service networks.
• Assist in training program administration and record attendance.
• Coordinate examination and certification administration for staff and dealers.
• Assist in fundamental and specialized product training programs.
• Document training events and maintain records and assessments.
• Translate and organize training materials and product documentation.
• Monitor training resources, tools, and equipment.
