Job summary

PT Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia is seeking an HVAC trainer in Palembang to develop and deliver comprehensive training for our HVAC products. You will conduct both theoretical and practical sessions for customers, dealers, and technicians, and stay current with evolving HVAC tech and safety practices.

Success requires 1–2 years of HVAC training experience, deep HVAC knowledge, and strong presentation skills to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a HVAC trainer in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
• In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Strong teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC industry.
• A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing high-quality training and support.
