Job summary

MMGD is seeking a Technical Support professional to assist customers with application issues and to support ongoing product development. The role emphasizes partnering with customers and providing timely technical updates and information to ensure solutions in metallurgical products.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in technical support, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and fluency in English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in foundry.
• Understanding of the manufacturers–distributors–end-user model in metallurgical products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications.
• Support all product/application development activities.
• Act as a partner by offering technical support, updates and information to customers.

Requirements:

• 1) Candidate must posses Bachelor's/Master Degree from Engineering, Metallurgy, Project Management or a related field are preferred.
• 2) Minimum 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the same field / as Technical Support at Foundry Dept.
• 3) Understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors and end-users of metallurgical products and services
• 4) Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• 5) Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is advantage
