Archi Indonesia is seeking a Diploma holder in Chemistry or Metallurgy to join the Metallurgy Laboratory team at our mining operations. You will perform sampling, lab analyses, and support plant operations while upholding safety and quality standards. Fresh graduates welcome; males up to 25 years old are encouraged to apply. Qualifications
Minimum Diploma 3 in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Metallurgy Laboratory, Assay Laboratory, or as Processing Plant Operator; fresh graduates welcome.
Open to male candidates, maximum age 25 years.
Good understanding of chemistry principles and calculations relevant to laboratory activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Ensure sampling activities are conducted safely and accurately per SOPs.
Perform sample preparation, metallurgical tests, and lab analyses for samples from plant, mining site, and exploration.
Maintain the Metallurgy Laboratory and surrounding work areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
Report unsafe conditions or acts identified within the Metallurgy Laboratory or processing areas.
Participate in daily safety meetings with the Metallurgy team and apply safety standards in all work activities.
Complete routine and non-routine tasks daily/weekly/monthly and prepare required work reports.
Ensure lab instruments (pH meters and CN measurement equipment) are properly maintained and read accurately.
Ensure availability of lab chemicals and maintain all laboratory equipment and assets.
Coordinate with Intertek Laboratory to ensure analyses follow SOPs.
Provide proper guidance on sampling methods to plant operators and communicate effectively.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Duties
Ensure all sampling activities within and around the processing plant are conducted safely, accurately, and in accordance with established SOPs and quality standards.
Perform sample preparation, metallurgical testwork, and laboratory analysis for samples from the processing plant, mining site, and exploration activities.
Maintain the Metallurgy Laboratory and surrounding work areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts identified within the Metallurgy Laboratory or processing plant areas.
Participate in daily safety meetings with the Metallurgy team and consistently apply safety standards in all work activities.
Complete routine and non-routine tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and prepare the required work reports.
Ensure laboratory and processing plant instruments, including pH meters and Free Cyanide and CN-WAD measurement equipment, are properly maintained and provide accurate readings.
Ensure the availability of laboratory chemicals and properly maintain all laboratory equipment and company assets.
Coordinate with the Intertek Laboratory to ensure analytical processes and quality control activities are conducted in accordance with applicable SOPs.
Provide proper guidance and demonstrate correct sampling methods to plant operators while maintaining effective communication and teamwork.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Metallurgy Laboratory, Assay Laboratory, or as a Processing Plant Operator, preferably in gold processing operations.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and may be considered.
Open to male candidates, with a maximum age of 25 years old.
Good understanding of chemistry principles and calculations relevant to laboratory and metallurgical activities.
Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills.
Chemical Safety (Ahli K3 Kimia) certification is an advantage.
Willing to work in a mining operational environment and follow applicable work schedules and safety requirements.
Willing to be assigned to Toka Tindung Site.
