Job summary

Mekari is seeking a proactive ICT/Logistics-focused professional to join our Jakarta team. You will coordinate with Account Managers, Support, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify customer complaints and deliver effective solutions using our SaaS products.

You’ll validate escalations, work with Product and Engineering to resolve issues, and leverage knowledge of logistics, AIS, and e-commerce to improve customer outcomes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Logistics Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge in Logistics, AIS, and E-commerce ecosystem.
• Work experience in e-commerce is a plus.
• Familiar with MySQL is a plus.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Account Manager, Customer Support, and other commercial stakeholders by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
• Provide technical support and win-win solutions to customers for issues with our products.
• Validate all issues being escalated.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering Team to resolve product problems.
