Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions (SMR) is seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead fault finding and deliver safe, effective solutions. The role will partner with customers, sales teams, and service engineers to optimize performance of Sandvik equipment.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree and 6–10 years of equipment experience with hydraulics and DC electrical systems, plus strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 6–10 years of Sandvik equipment experience with advanced troubleshooting.
• Proficient in hydraulic and DC electrical systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Perform systematic fault finding and provide safe solutions.
• Lead 2nd line support and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs.
• Provide application advice to sales and review proposals.
• Conduct product launches, testing and commissioning.
• Coach and train Sales Area teams.
