Job summary

MCC is seeking a qualified engineer for its Technical/R&D/Packaging Development team in Indonesia. You will assist the technical development and implementation of new print projects and provide progress updates to the supervisor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in the field, English proficiency, and ERP experience. You will coordinate with internal departments to align customer expectations with our print technology and help manage trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering major or graphic major.
• Minimum 2 years in Technical/R&D/Packaging Development.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Data analysis and problem solving abilities.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• No color blindness.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the technical development and implementation of any new print projects that the customer or Business requires.
• Providing regular updates/report to superior (Technical & Sustainability Manager)
• Discuss and review projects with internal departments to ascertain the best way to align the customer expectation with our print technology.
• Organize then manage project to completion of trial.
• Provide costing estimates for sales quotation
• Supervising trial run and color tolerance production
• Supervising technical admin in technical specification creation
