Job summary

MCC is seeking a Technical/R&D/Packaging Development professional in Indonesia to assist in new print projects and cost estimates. You will coordinate with internal teams to align customer expectations with our print technology and manage trials through to completion.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or graphic major, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong English and MS Office skills. ERP experience and problem-solving abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or graphic major.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Technical/R&D/Packaging Development; printing background is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills.
• Project Management skills.
• Data analysis.
• Problem solving.
• Having experience using ERP.
• No color blindness.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the technical development and implementation of any new print projects that the customer or Business requires.
• Providing regular updates/report to superior (Technical & Sustainability Manager)
• Discuss and review projects with internal departments to ascertain the best way to align the customer expectation with our print technology.
• Organize then manage project to completion of trial.
• Provide costing estimates for sales quotation
• Supervising trial run and color tolerance production
• Supervising technical admin in technical specification creation
