Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a technically skilled professional in Indonesia to support development and execution of print projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and MCC capabilities.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or graphic major, at least 2 years in Technical/R&D/Packaging Development, strong English, MS Office and ERP experience, plus solid project management and analytical abilities. Color accuracy and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or graphic major.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Technical/R&D/Packaging Development; printing industry background is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the technical development and implementation of any new print projects that the customer or Business requires.
• Providing regular updates/report to superior (Technical & Sustainability Manager).
• Discuss and review projects with internal departments to ascertain the best way to align the customer expectation with our print technology.
• Organize then manage project to completion of trial.
• Provide costing estimates for sales quotation.
• Supervising trial run and color tolerance production.
• Supervising technical admin in technical specification creation.
