Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation ( MCC ) is seeking a technically skilled candidate to support R&D and packaging development in its premium label division. The role involves coordinating print projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, and managing trials and color tolerance in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or graphic majors and at least two years in technical roles, with ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or graphic major.
• Minimum 2 years in Technical/R&D/Packaging Development roles; printing industry background is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• No color blindness.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the technical development and implementation of new print projects as required by customers or the business.
• Providing regular updates/reports to the Technical & Sustainability Manager.
• Discussing and reviewing projects with internal departments to align customer expectations with print technology.
• Organizing and managing projects through trial completion.
• Supervising trial runs and color tolerance production.
• Supervising technical administration in creating technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the technical development and implementation of any new print projects that the customer or Business requires.

Providing regular updates/report to superior (Technical & Sustainability Manager)

Discuss and review projects with internal departments to ascertain the best way to align the customer expectation with our print technology.

Organize then manage project to completion of trial.

Supervising trial run and color tolerance production

Supervising technical admin in technical specification creation
